How do I join FM Group Fragrance? To become a distributor, you need to complete and sign our Filipino Registration Form. This form must be signed by you and your sponsor, the person who introduced you to FM Group Fragrance. The original copy of the Filipino Registration Form is sent to FM Group Fragrance, the other copies are for your sponsor and for you. You can download the PDF version of the Registration Form; you can send the completed and signed application by fax or mail. Be sure to give your sponsor a copy. In order to complete the application process, you need to purchase a Starter Kit. If your sponsor does not have one for you, you can purchase a starter kit directly from FM Group Fragrance.
If you do not have a sponsor with FM Group Fragrance we will assign one of our leaders to you, and have them contact you.
Starter Kits costs:
Startre Kit - P 1,000.00 and consists of 50 Classic Collection samples (1.4ml each) Mini Starter Kit - P 500.00 and consists of 20 Classic Collection samples (1.4ml each)

Can I place and pick up my order in person? Yes, you are able to come to the office to place and pick up your order during our office hours.

What should I do if the product is damaged? If you notice that a product is damage please inform us immediately and provide a description of what happened to your products.
What to do if my client is not satisfied with the fragrance? Please remember that the purpose of your Starter Kit is to help your client to choose the fragrance they wish to buy by trying the sample first. The scents in the bottle are identical to that of the sample.
Will FM Group Fragrance offer new products? Yes, we plan on increasing our products list. You will be informed about new products through our web site.
How can I get my password? Once your registration application has been received it will take approximately two (2) days to process including assigning your password. Please contact our head office at +63 2 893 49 54 where we will provide you with your password upon verification.
What are the commission payment rules? The commission payment rules are as follows:
- We can issue a check at our office for distributors who don't have a bank account.
- Your commission may be paid to you as a rebate on future purchases. The given rebate is the exact amount of earned commission but it cannot exceed 90% of the value of the order. Points for products purchased using your rebate are calculated as normal.
- All FM Group distributors can track their commission level and accumulated group points for the current month by clicking on the Current Tree section.
Can I add to an order I have already placed? Yes, but only up to 15 minutes after you placed the original order. It is not possible to do it any later as the order is already being processed and prepared to be sent to you. We want to avoid missing any products in the parcels. So please prepare your order carefully and be very clear about the items you request. |
